Construction Management - Overview

The purpose of Cherokee Nation Construction Services is to provide consistency in construction operations for the Cherokee Nation, ensure compliance with internal and external rules, regulations, and policies, and effect efficiency methods and results in construction projects.
The governing principle of Construction Management is “Concept through completion” services. Some of the services provided are:
- Professional project/construction consulting, including site identification and potential bidders
- Design services and/or oversight
- Oversight/management of Request for Proposals, bid review, and contract award
- Building process management/oversight
- Scheduling, coordination, and supervision of project and/or subcontractors
- Quality Assurance monitoring
- Documentation for project
- Management and Administration of construction documents
All services are provided with a one-year warranty.
